The Top Producer Council represents 24 of our best agents from around the country. Together, they have sold more than $6 billion in real estate and closed more than ten thousand deals throughout their careers. They meet with our executive team regularly to share their thoughts on what’s working at Redfin and what could be improved, and provide ongoing insights to shape our business moving forward.
The Top Producer Council has taught us so much in just a few short months. They have been integral in creating and refining new products for our customers, like an expanded Redfin Concierge product that provides more value for our sellers and helps Redfin listings shine. They’ve also provided us with honest, constructive feedback on Redfin Next, our new agent pay plan that we’re piloting in several markets. This feedback helps us fine-tune the program and ensure it is helping agents reach their full potential, and attracting new top producers to Redfin. And above all, our Top Producer Council has been a perfect sounding board through the ups and the downs of this year. They are the definition of resilience and teach us how to be the calm in the storm for our customers every day!
